Month by Month ULEZ Daily Charge Data
Request ID: FOI-1612-1920
Date published: 19 September 2019
You asked
Please provide details of the total number of vehicles paying the ULEZ daily charge since the introduction of the programme in April this year.
This should include a month by month breakdown, as well as a distinction between the numbers paying the standard £12.50 charge and those paying £100 per day.
If possible, please also provide data on the make and model of vehicles (ie Ford Fiesta) for which drivers are paying the £12.50 daily charge, and the totals of those registered as private hire vehicles.
To support data privacy of drivers, this could be broken down into the vehicles most commonly used by drivers paying the charge.
Additionally, please provide any estimates on the totals of ULEZ-compliant vehicles entering and leaving the ULEZ area since its creation, with a further month-by-month breakdown, and the proportion of vehicles using the zone that are ULEZ compliant, with a similarly monthly figure.
Finally, and to aid comparison, please further provide three months of estimated data on the total numbers and types of non-ULEZ compliant vehicles using the zone prior to its introduction in April this year.
In line with Freedom of Information regulations, I will expect a reply to this request within 20 working days, or before 30 September.
