(Understood to look at the route from Downham to Deptford).
Please provide a copy of this report including any appendix's / plans / supporting documentation produced.
For the avoidance of doubt this is NOT in relation to the currently implemented streetspace scheme.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 November, 2020 asking for information about the A21 Spine Project.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do not hold the information you requested. You asked:

We do not hold the information you requested. The A21 Spine project was in the process of concluding the outcome definition when the pandemic began and at the present time, our outcome definition work has not restarted. Therefore we do not hold a report for the project.
