Thank you for your requests received by us on 5 and 6 November 2020 asking for copies of correspondence about funding in relation to the London Streetspace Programme (LSP) Phase 2 scheme for the Goose Green Ward in East Dulwich, London.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your two requests for information asked for:

what funding was bid for and allocated from TfL as part of London Streetspace Programme Covid road closures for East Dulwich Phase 2 TMO2021-EXP10_LSP E Dulwich,
and correspondence between TFL and Southwark highways officers and councillors in relation to the funding stream, impact assessments, monitoring and implementation of this scheme.

Please see the attached requested information between Transport for London (TfL) and the London Borough of Southwark.
In accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection Legislation, some personal information in the attached correspondence and documentation has been withheld, as required by regulation 13 of the EIR. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’. This is an absolute exemption and therefore not subject to a public interest test.
