Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. We do not hold an updated version of this document. The referenced document was a collaboration between TfL and the Port of London Authority (PLA) produced as a standalone piece of work. It has not been updated or revised since publication. The PLA is responsible for navigational safety on the Thames and regularly publishes Safety Performance Reports which can be viewed on the PLA’s website: http://www.pla.co.uk/
