Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 September 2022 asking for information about ULEZ/CC PCNs.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
There was planned maintenance on the Road User Charging section of our website between 07:00 - 19:00 on Sunday 31 July. There were no outages on 1 August. While the maintenance was being carried out motorist were still able to pay the ULEZ and Congestion Charge for travel on 31 July and for the three previous charging days. However motorists were unable to pay the charges for future travel during the maintenance period. There was information on the website advising motorists to revisit the site outside of the maintenance period to make payment. The table below details the number of ULEZ and Congestion Charging PCNs issued on a daily basis from Saturday 24 July to Sunday 8 August.
