Our ref: FOI-1499-2223/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 September 2022 asking for information about works at the junction of Dulwich Village, Calton Avenue and Court Lane SE21.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the specific information you require - TfL provided funding to LB Southwark, but we do not hold the breakdown of specifically how this money was spent, which we would need to answer your questions. The junction in question is LB Southwark’s responsibility, therefore they are responsible for managing and improving the roads in this area. You may therefore wish to contact LB Southwark, who would hold this information.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
