I will like to make a freedom of information request to attain all information on how much TFL has spent each year, for the past four years on recruitment agencies to undertake staff recruitment for the company.
Please when providing the information, can I have a breakdown of exactly how much was spent on recruiting operational staff for London underground for the years indicated.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15 October 2021 asking for information about the cost of Recruitment agencies undertaking staff recruitment.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
We do not use recruitment agencies for operational staff or permanent roles, and therefore there are no such costs. If you are interested in any such costs associated with Non-Permanent Labour (NPL), please let me know.
