Thank you for your request received by us on 19 August 2019 asking for a copy of the Taxi Drivers Handbook.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

Please find attached a copy of the requested publication. Please note that the document has not been updated since 2013. Therefore it does not reflect a number of important changes in the intervening 6 years, for example the introduction of a card payment mandate for taxis and the commencement of section 165 of the Equality Act.
