You asked
Please can you tell me how many commuters used the Emirates Airline cable car more than five times since 1st January 2021. Please can you list how many times each user used the cable car, if it was used more than 5 times.

Thank you for your request received on 18 September 2022 asking for information about cable car usage.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
 
We do not hold the requested information. We are still able to report on overall Cable Car figures, but we no longer collect information on whether the same customer has used the service multiple times due to a change in contract.
