Parking contravention location outside 34-46 Camden High St, London NW1. The parking allowed hours on the notice was changed recently. 20minutes parking was allowed between 8am and 4pm. These hours were changed to between 1pm and 4pm. On what date was this change of parking allowed time made?

I can advise that the Traffic Order implementing this change came into force on 11 May 2017.
