Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you could provide me with either signposting to existing published information, or the provision of any non-published information that TFL holds on:
1) passenger numbers on the 170 bus route between Clapham Junction and Victoria Station in both directions between 2010 and the present day;
2) any information on the trend in both regularity and reliability of the 170 bus route between Clapham Junction and Victoria Station in both directions between 2010 and the present day (by which I mean any data on bus frequency over that period, and any measurement of timeliness); and
3) passenger numbers on the London Overground service between Imperial Wharf and Clapham Junction in both directions between 2010 and the present day.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
- passenger numbers on the 170 bus route between Clapham Junction and Victoria Station in both directions between 2010 and the present day;
Please see the attached spreadsheet showing the data for the period 01/01/2015 to 30/06/2017. Unfortunately we no longer hold this information prior to 2015.
- any information on the trend in both regularity and reliability of the 170 bus route between Clapham Junction and Victoria Station in both directions between 2010 and the present day (by which I mean any data on bus frequency over that period, and any measurement of timeliness); and
Please see the attached performance note and the details below. Please note that route 170 is a high frequency route so reliability is measured by excess wait time rather than punctuality.
