We are writing on behalf of our client who had an accident on a 52 bus. It took place when approaching a Ladbroke Grove stop. The bus was going from Victoria to Willesden Garage.
Could you please confirm there is CCTV footage available and that it will be preserved until requested by us soon.

Thank you for your email which we received on 7 September 2022 asking for CCTV footage from a bus route 52.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested.London's bus services are operated by individual bus companies on behalf of TfL. Any CCTV on London buses is the responsibility of the company that runs that particular service or route. You should contact the company who operates that particular bus route. This information is on the TfL’s Who runs your bus web page.
Please note the footage you are after may have been over written if the footage was not requested at the time. However if the police were involved at the time of the incident, there is a better chance it would have been kept by the bus operator.
