A company called RiverOak Strategic Partners Ltd is expected to make an application to the Planning Inspectorate for a Development Consent Order to secure planning (and ownership via CPO powers) for the reopening of Manston Airport in Kent.
In evidence released for the public consultation exercise, one of its consultants selectively quotes and references a paper prepared by Transport for London (2013) entitled Note on Freight Connectivity. Its report notes that this is an unpublished paper, thereby making it difficult to substantiate the claims made.
Would it be possible to have a copy of this paper?
