Can you assist me with the following question:
1. The baseline distance for this location for the purposes of average speed camera detection is 4079 metres
2. Which lane is used to measure the baseline distance as this road has multiple lanes
3. What system is in place for adjustments for vehicles which start the monitored section in one lane but end it in another?

The baseline distance for this location for the purposes of average speed camera detection is 4079 metres
Which lane is used to measure the baseline distance as this road has multiple lanes
What system is in place for adjustments for vehicles which start the monitored section in one lane but end it in another
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as it is covered by the certificate of calibration for Home Office Type Approved camera equipment.
Please also note that speeding contraventions are enforced by the Metropolitan Police rather than Transport for London.
