Under the freedom of information act and further to a previous partially successful request, I’m requesting copies of some documents I have been unable to find freely available online and further information regarding payments. The documents are as follows: 1. Copy of the agreement and clarification of the value and substance of this contract. £5k-£250k is rather broad. BridgeStation Bridge Asset Management Expiry Dated: 31/03/18 Value: £5K - £250K Supplier: FSW IT Solutions Ltd Description: Bridgestation - Bridge Asset Management Application support agreement for the Bridgestation solution developed between TfL, London Borough of Camden and London Bridges Engineering Group (LOBEG). Please provide details and relevance of TfL’s subscription fees to LoBeg for 2016, 2017 and 2018 as indicated by a payment of £8,413 made on 23/12/15. TfL are not listed as a member on LoBeg’s membership directory.

Variation was signed at a later date to include application support for Tunnelstation. Note restricted to using FSW as LoBEG own the system.

This is listed under the online TfL Transparency document pdf dated 15/2/2018 Contracts greater than £5k 2017-18 – Pg 51 of 188.

The contract was extended again in 2018 for one year. Please see Variation 6 attached.

3. Provide a list of all Purchase Orders over £5000 for the periods covering March 2016-17 and March 2017-18 (specifically relating to those issued to LoBeg or FSW IT Solutions Ltd)

Please see attached PO list for FSW IT Solutions Ltd. There are no relevant POs to report for LoBEG for 16/17 or 17/18.

4. Provide a link to on Contracts Finder of the details of the contract ITCSSJ334 and variation ITCSSJ512 and any further variations, with FSW Solutions Ltd.

They were not published. The Variations are attached as per queries 1 and 2 above.

5. Please provide details and relevance of TfL’s subscription fees to LoBeg for 2016, 2017 and 2018 as indicated by a payment of £8,413 made on 23/12/15. TfL are not listed as a member on LoBeg’s membership directory.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
