when the speed camera at the location at A104 Leabridge road near Chatsworth road E5 W/B (1564) was updated from 30mph to 20mph?

I can advise that the speed threshold of the camera at this location was changed on 19 October 2016.

can you please provide dates of when changes took place also if involved in the painting signs on the road of 20mph. .

This road is not part of the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) because Hackney Council are the Highway Authority. Changes to road signage were made on 24 April 2015 and came into force on 4 May 2015.

Also why speed cameras are not digitally stamped on evidence provided??
