Tube frequency data by time of day

You asked
Using a station like Baker Street as a frame of reference, could you please send me a plot of the average weekday frequency of Hammersmith & City trains by time of day (i.e, the x-axis should range roughly from 4am to 1am)? When I say frequency, I mean the number of trains passing the station every 5 minutes or 15 minutes (feel free to choose a convenient window to divide the x-axis), averaged across several days (say all weekdays in the last month). Please ensure the plot contains separate lines for westbound and eastbound trains. Feel free to make a separate plot for weekends.
Could you also plot the average frequency by time of day for (b) the Circle line at the same station, averaged over the same group of days, and (c) for the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines together?
I believe this kind of data would be very helpful to commuters in planning their trips. If it is difficult to share the plots I described, you could simply send me the arrival and departure times of all trains at a station like Baker Street for the past month. (If TfL published weekly or monthly datasets of arrival and departure times of trains at all stations, like the datasets available at http://crowding.data.tfl.gov.uk/, I'm sure someone from the community would be very happy to develop an app to summarize this information for commuters based on their commute interests).
