Please let me know under 'Freedom of Information' how many roundels on PHV had had to be replaced due to damage caused by poor quality.

We do not hold this information as we do not specifically record complaints about damaged or poor quality private hire vehicle licence discs. We have however checked with our driver complaints team and our vehicle licensing colleagues; neither have any recorded complaints relating to the quality of the discs.
