I note from the diagram which you attached showing the location of the signs and road markings, that the Congestion Charge times still show as 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please confirm whether this sign was ever updated to reflect the extended hours.

I can confirm that the sign was updated to reflect the extended hours on the 20th June, before the changes went live.
