Follow-up to FOI-0674-2021:
Thank you for your attention in relation to my original FOI requests.
Having reviewed the information supplied, I would like to make a series of further requests for information.
• The Active Travel Oversight Group meeting of 22 June (attached for reference) referred to “AG meeting with TfL to discuss detail of various projects”. I would like to request the minutes of any such meetings between AG and TfL.
• The Active Travel Oversight Group meeting of 6 July (attached for reference) referred to “Westminster discussions”, and a meeting between AG, WN and Westminster City Council representatives. I would like to request the minutes of any such meetings between AG, WN and Westminster City Council representatives.
• The Active Travel Oversight Group meeting of 6 July also said “AG to follow up with Leader.” I would like a copy of any correspondence between AG and the leader and the minutes of any meetings held as a means of AG following up with the leader.
• The Active Travel Oversight Group meeting of 6 July referred to “WN to speak to Highways Director.” I would like a copy of any correspondence between WN and the Highways Director and the minutes of any meetings held as a means of WN speaking to the Highways Director.
• The Active Travel Oversight Group meeting of 20 July (attached for reference) referred to “GP to share draft letter to RBKC with AG”. I would like to request a copy of this letter.
I appreciate that with the current crisis, TfL has limited resources to complete FOI requests. However, I am still requesting that TfL proceed with this request.
I appreciate that this information may not be held by TfL. That is why I shall be making the same request of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster Councils as is appropriate.
Please let me know if any of the above is unclear, or you require more detailed information from me.
