332 bus service - bus stop passengers

You asked

Please provide the following information: 1) The number of passengers oyster tapping on to the 332 bus service for the last 12 months that records are available, show taps for North and South bound separately per bus stop (or hail and ride section). 2) Data on passenger numbers at Tfl bus stops for the 332 bus service from passenger surveys that TfL carry on how many get on and off at all bus stops. Please provide information from last two surveys periods.

Thank you for your request received on 24 August 2022 asking for information about the 332 bus service.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for:

1)         The number of passengers oyster tapping on to the 332 bus service for the last 12 months that records are available, show taps for North and South bound separately per bus stop (or hail and ride section).

Please find the requested information attached. Please note that ‘Direction 1’ is from Brent Park Tesco to Bishop’s Bridge/Paddington Station, and ‘Direction 2’ is the reverse.

2)         Data on passenger numbers at TfL bus stops for the 332 bus service from passenger surveys that TfL carry on how many get on and off at all bus stops.  Please provide information from last two surveys periods.

Please find attached the results of the last two roadside surveys on the 332 which were at Cricklewood Broadway and Paddington. They show Set Down (SD), Pick Up (PU) and Departure Load (Dep). We carry out ad hoc surveys and do not cover all bus stops.
