Frequency of future CrossRail services
Request ID: FOI-1279-1920
Date published: 20 August 2019
A) Could I check what your proposed train schedules are to/from West Ealing once:
1) Stage Three is completed?
2) Stage Five is completed?
Will it remain at the current frequency of 4 trains an hour or will this increase?
B) And how do the local residents lobby for an increased frequency if we think this would be beneficial?
Thanks and regards.

Thank you for your email received by us on 30 July asking for information about Crossrail.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
Stage 3 will not have any impact on the service to or from West Ealing – Stage 3 is only the service through the new central section from Paddington to Abbey Wood
In stage 5 the intention is to provide a four trains per hour (tph) all day service at West Ealing. It may be possible to provide some additional services during the peak periods but both this and any increase beyond 4tph in the off peak period cannot be confirmed until the detailed timetable for Stage 5 is developed through the National Timetable Development Process. This is managed by Network Rail who have to incorporate the Elizabeth Line service along with other users of the Great Western Relief Lines, in particular the heavy use of these lines by Freight services.
