Hello, Are TfL aware of Sullivan buses operating several vehicles on route 299 with missing and broken blinds and have been doing so for a period of time now? What is being done to combat the high delays the route faces, particularly from mechanical failure? What plans if any, do TfL have with SB to improve the service of route 299?

I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require as Sullivan’s buses are no longer the operator of this bus route.
