Thank you for your clarified request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 September 2021 asking for information about licensed Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs). Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for a list of addresses of HMO’s which are currently licensed with TfL.
The answer to your question asked is none. We have no licensed Houses of multiple occupation. We do however have an HMO property but it is not licenced due to a delay in the application process. We have started the process of applying for the HMO license including sorting relevant documentation on the premise, we hope to have this sorted quickly. The address of this property is Flat 1 Canfield House 219 Finchley Road NW3 6LN.
