Project Proteus Update

Hope this email finds you well! I had a couple of questions regarding the revenue collection services of the TfL and more specifically, Project Proteus. I was wondering if the planned contract award date for Project Proteus is still August 2024 like originally planned and if the scope of the procurement has remained the same or has changed?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 July 2024 asking for information about Project Proteus.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. 

 

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

 

As you may be aware Project Proteus is a live procurement using the Competitive Dialogue procedure and consequently any planned contract award date is dependent on the conclusion of dialogue with the participating bidders. We are currently planning the next phase of dialogue and consequently, we are not able to give you a planned contract award date at this time.

 

With regard to the scope of the procurement, this remains as set out in our published Call for Competition Notice reference: 2022/S 000-032186
