Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.

For question 1, please see the attached file containing the information you have requested.

In relation to question 2, the breakdown of both of these items is provided in the file you have linked to under Q1. The only difference is that the file in Q1 refers to £10.63m of TfL spend and the file in Q2 talks about £10.67m – The difference of approximately £40k is money paid to Gowling WLG in the period between these two documents being produced.

We do not hold the information requested in question 3. The Garden Bridge Trust is a private company and we (TfL) do not hold any information regarding the Garden Bridge Trust's expenditure, contracts and internal budgets. We do not consider that any part of the funding agreement determines that we should obtain and provide information held by the Garden Bridge Trust in order to answer FOI (or Environmental Information Regulation) requests directed to TfL, except where this information is held on our behalf (which is covered within section 26.1 and 26.2).
