Request ID: FOI-1242-1819
Date published: 23 August 2018

You asked

Refined request I am a looking for data which will show the following per week/month. Bus Journey's from : - starting point to end point (if these buses were on time or delayed in arriving)? - Any of these buses terminated during the journey (did not make it to the end destination), if yes why? This is required for the bus numbers mentioned below. 48, 55, 56, 58, 69, 97, 158, 212, 257, 230 and 357. Can you provide data from 2013 onwards if the last 10 years is not available. If the date from iBus is more accurate for the last 24 months, that would be good as well. Should you require further clarification, please do reach to me by phone, maybe it will be easier to explain.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 August 2018 and for clarifying what information you are requesting on 10 August.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for the following:

 Bus Journeys from:

- starting point to end point (if these buses were on time or delayed in arriving)?

- Any of these buses terminated during the journey (did not make it to the end destination), if yes why?

This is required for the bus numbers mentioned below.

48, 55, 56, 58, 69, 97, 158, 212, 257, 230 and 357.

Can you provide data from 2013 onwards if the last 10 years is not available.

If the date from iBus is more accurate for the last 24 months, that would be good as well.

Please find attached two zip files containing iBus data for specified routes over the most recent 24 months. We do not hold the information you require prior to July 2016. The second file will follow in a separate email due to size.

Each file contains each trip data such as scheduled and actual departure times from the first stops, scheduled and actual arrival times at the last stops, actual headways for High Frequency routes and Linking Status (on time, early or late) for Low Frequency routes. Any gaps in the data are commented if the trips were lost or operated.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
