Framework Agreement Scoring

You asked
F/on from FOI-0898
Part of my analysis is to understand the extent to which certain sorts of questions favour certain suppliers or limit the participation of SMEs. In order to do this I need access to the company names. I note that you have anonymised these, yet other suppliers have provided me with all the details. Would you be able to provide the names please.
I am not sure if this requires an appeal but if it does would you be able to initiate it please.
I understand that the government’s policy . “...organisations should operate on a presumption in favour of disclosing information. Exemptions will follow the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act – for example, on national security or commercial confidentiality grounds. The presumption in favour of disclosure should apply to the vast majority of commercial information about government contracts, with commercial confidentiality being the exception rather than the rule”.
In order to provide transparency and characterise which types of contractors are winners or losers of specific types of questions I need access to the company names.
