Over the past 5 years on how many occasions has East Ham tube station been closed for scheduled engineering work, list by Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday.

Thank you for your request received on 22 August 2017 asking for information about London Underground service measurements.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for:
• How is: good service, minor delays, and severe delays defined for a) District Line b) Jubilee Line c) Victoria Line.
Please find the requested information in the attached pdf.
• What frequency of service is scheduled between East Ham and Westminster Monday to Friday from 7-9am?
There are 18 trains per hour scheduled between the points described. There are direct services.
There are 6 trains on the Hammersmith and City line passing through East Ham but they do not call at Westminster.
• Over the past 5 years on how many occasions has East Ham tube station been closed for scheduled engineering work, list by Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday.
