Thank you for your further request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17th July 2024.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked the following, further to case reference EIR-0993-2425:
“Perhaps we could narrow this down again to only include May and July 2022.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
I have reviewed all 153 emails and removed those that were not about the LTN (for example, there were some that mentioned the LTN in passing, but were not actually about the LTN). I have also removed meeting invitations (which contained no accompanying text) and any duplicated emails. Note that a large number of the 153 emails were duplicates. This is because if the same email was sent to five different TfL recipients, for example, then that same email will show up five times in the automated search results.
Following this review, the 12 distinct email chains that fall within the scope of your request are attached. The direct contact details of TfL staff, and the names and direct contact details of any external parties, have been redacted in accordance with Regulation 13 of the EIRs, the exception that protects against the unfair release of personal data.
