Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require, as below:
81.8% (or 9 of 11 old trains have been replaced with new trains) on the TfL Rail Liverpool Street to Shenfield route
The last 2 new trains to replace the last 2 old trains have been delivered, but are currently being used to provide TfL Rail services in west London into Paddington Station.
The new trains have not exceeded TfL’s budget.
