Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 September 2021 asking for information about post codes not in the expanded ULEZ.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately, we do hold not the information you require – we only have a list of the postcodes which are in the expanded ULEZ. A spreadsheet showing these is attached for your information.
