I am requesting copies of all documents, correspondence, reports and analysis relating to my complaint to TfL concerning MyTaxi per below. Since I made the complaint I believe I am entitled to know the outcome and I also believe TfL, as a public body, has no right to conceal this information from me or anyone else.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 24 July 2019 asking for copies of all documents, correspondence, reports and analysis relating to your complaint to TfL concerning MyTaxi.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

Please see the attached document which is the only recorded information held in relation to your complaint.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.

We appreciate that you provided us with the name and registration number of the driver, however, all responses to TfL’s Freedom of Information requests are published on our website and any reply is therefore released to the public at large. We have therefore redacted this information from the attached document.
