I was wondering if you have a copy of the Gemini 3, NB4L, Enviro 200 and Enviro 400 operator manuals. I have seen the NB4L posted online in a Freedom of Information request but can no longer locate it so i am aware that there is one for the NB4L that you are able to give me. I am also aware that there are different models for the buses listed so if there is more than one manual for a bus listed, I would like to receive copy of all of them. To clarify, the operator manual is the full manual detailing all of the systems on the bus, such as the air system, exhaust systems etc.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. However, I can confirm that we do not hold the information you require.

Private bus operators maintain and operate vehicles in the London bus fleet, and therefore there is no requirement for TfL to hold these. You may wish to try the operators or the manufacturers.
