Since the Ultra Low Emission Zone was introduced what impact has this had on the number of non-trade vehicles entering the zone. Has there been no change, a decrease in the number of vehicles or an increase? If there have been increase or decreases, what percentages are we looking at?

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. You asked for the following:
Since the Ultra Low Emission Zone was introduced what impact has this had on the number of non-trade vehicles entering the zone. Has there been no change, a decrease in the number of vehicles or an increase? If there have been increase or decreases, what percentages are we looking at?
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as we only record the amount of higher or lower daily charges purchased, rather than vehicle type, which is not recorded.
