Our ref: FOI-1173-1718/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 August 2017 asking for information about exemptions for emission standards.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
There are no exemptions for Community Transport Organisations from the LEZ and no such exemptions are proposed when the ULEZ is launched in 2020.
(There is currently a consultation to bring the launch of the ULEZ forward to 2019).
The Clean Air Zone you also refer to is not operated by TfL ans therefore no information on this is held.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
