Community transport exemptions for not having to comply to emission standards

I wish to apply under the Freedom of Information Act for the following information regarding the special provisions or exemptions not to have to comply with emissions standards which are available to Community Transport organisations currently operating under a section 19 or 22 permit in the London area, CAZ “Clean Air Zone” LEZ “Low Emission Zone” and the ULEZ “Ultra Low Emission Zone.
Please supply 1) All emails, letters, diary notes and documents regarding the decisions taken to grant these emission exemptions to Community Transport Organisations. 2) How many vehicles would be exempt from the emissions standards

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 August 2017 asking for information about exemptions for emission standards.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
There are no exemptions for Community Transport Organisations from the LEZ and no such exemptions are proposed when the ULEZ is launched in 2020.
(There is currently a consultation to bring the launch of the ULEZ forward to 2019).
The Clean Air Zone you also refer to is not operated by TfL ans therefore no information on this is held.
