Our ref: FOI-1158-2425
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 July 2024 asking for information on a Framework Agreement.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:

https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/85330456-fd5f-4ed9-8aeb-f4ebc29ac940
The details we require are:
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere. Pease refer to the following ‘Contracts Finder’ publication link: Framework Agreement for the manufacture, overhaul and repair of bespoke components and other services - Contracts Finder
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
We no longer hold this information. Information is only available with regards to the suppliers that successfully got onto the framework contract.
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
Spend value from the contract inception to date is £2,370,813.00.
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
Please see response to question 1.
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
We are not obliged to provide you with this information as it is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information under section 43(2). In this instance the section 43(2) exemption has been applied as disclosure of this information could prejudice commercial interests. Disclosure of this information would disadvantage bidders in their ability to participate in future competitive bidding processes for similar contracts with TfL and other organisations as well as hinder TfL’s ability to negotiate the best value for money for similar services in the future.
The use of this exemption is subject to an assessment of the public interest in relation to the disclosure of the information concerned. We recognise the need for openness and transparency by public authorities, particularly where the expenditure of public money is concerned, but in this instance the public interest in ensuring that we are able to obtain the best value for public money outweighs the general public interest in increasing transparency of our processes.
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
Please see response to question 1.
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
A decision has not been made yet.
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
There is no Senior Officer outside of Procurement & Commercial for the contract.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely,
Tahsin Prima
