I would like TfL to provide me with information explaining the minimum technical qualifications or professional requirements expected of TfL managers who are responsible for the Construction and Licensing of Motor Taxis in London. (Conditions of Fitness ). The information requested would not identify any individual employed by TfL and therefore would not constitute personal data. However, it would provide further transparency and accountability and go some way to meeting the public's legitimate interest in ensuring that TfL professionals who have overall responsibity for the COF are appropriately qualified.
