Please can you confirm the frequency of road surface inspections on the A4 Bath Road. Please also detail what is included in any inspection, how any inspection is audited / validated and how you grade the condition of the road surface in any inspection.

Attached are our inspection details from July 2018 – June 2019 for the A4 Bath Road between Hatch Lane and Nene Road.  It also provides visibility of any defects reported at this location during the same period.  Also attached is an excerpt from our London Highways Alliance Contract  services document outlining our contractual obligations with regard to road surface inspections.
