TfL Ref: FOI-1039-2425
Thank you for your request which we received on 29 June 2024, asking for information about bus routes 144, 102 and 34.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You specifically asked:
I would to make some enquires about those buses previously mention above if there were some delays on 17 May 2024 between Mid-Morning.
Please find the attached data relating to routes 34, 102 and 144 on 17 May 2024.
The data is broken down in 3-hour time periods per quality of service indicators (QSIs) timing point. Bus QSIs show how reliable the bus service is and how much extra time, compared to that scheduled, passengers have to wait because of irregularity.
Performance for the above routes, which are considered as high frequency routes (not timetabled service) is measured in excess waiting time (EWT) in minutes, which is displayed in column F. This is calculated but subtracting the scheduled waiting time (SWT) in column E from the actual waiting time (AWT) in column G.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.
Yours sincerely
