Could you please tell me:
a) How many leaflets have been produced?
b) How many leaflets have been sent to people's homes?
c) In which areas are the leaflets being distributed to people's homes? (Please indicate by postcode area, ie SE10 or E16.)
d) Which creative agencies were employed to produce this leaflet?
e) How much has this campaign cost, including production, printing and distribution?

Thank you for your request received on 19 August 2021 asking for information about the leaflets recently distributed regarding the Silvertown Tunnel.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:
a) How many leaflets have been produced?
40,000.
b) How many leaflets have been sent to people's homes? c) In which areas are the leaflets being distributed to people's homes? (Please indicate by postcode area, ie SE10 or E16.)
38,366 have been sent to all homes and businesses within the area marked on the attached map. This covers part of the E14, E16, and SE10 postcode areas.
d) Which creative agencies were employed to produce this leaflet?
The leaflet was designed in-house by TfL.
e) How much has this campaign cost, including production, printing and distribution?
The cost of printing and distribution amounted to £4,904.61. We do not hold a figure on the cost of production as this involved a number of staff members and we are unable to separate this work from other work carried out.
