I am putting in a foi request on the above.I require the income and expenditure of the Santander Cycles for the last 3 years and if possible the dynamics of users.Ie Numbers of regulars and occasional users.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
