Can you please supply me with records of any minutes or decisions made by TfL during 2017 in relation to the scheduling, delays to or construction of the extension of the North South Cycle Superhighway, which your public web pages note as commencing “in spring 2017”: https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/cycling/northsouth/ I am therefore wanting to see any documents produced that note any decision to delay or reschedule these works. These might be committee minutes, internal meetings, or papers setting out likely schedules of works

Thank you for your request received on 29 July 2017 asking for information about the North-South Cycle Superhighway.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as no changes have been made to the construction start date in 2017. The page provided in your request reflects the intended construction start date, the consultation page states ‘Spring 2017’ under an earlier update from September. In November 2016 we published an update on the site that links to the more recent consultation page as we were proposing further changes to the junction of Farringdon Street / West Smithfield / Snow Hill. The updated page states that, subject to approval, we now plan to start construction in Autumn 2017: https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/roads/west-smithfield/.
