Dear Sir/Madam, Please could you provide me with the following information by the means of a freedom of information request: The total legal expenditure (in-house or external) to this date, for TFL's (LTPH) revocation of Sean Stockings taxi licence. Any other costs that may have incurred separately, such as administration, that involve the revocation of Sean Stockings taxi licence.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 July 2017 asking for information about legal expenditure.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.

 

In relation to external legal fees, to date we have incurred total expenditure of £4,058.

 

We do not hold the information you have requested in relation to “in-house legal expenditure” as we do not separately account for such costs.

 

In addition, we do not hold the information you have requested relating to administration costs as no such costs have been incurred so far in this case.
