Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 August 2020 asking for a list of postcodes in the congestion zone.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. However, we are unable to release this information as it is commercially available and outside of our licence agreement with Ordnance Survey / Royal Mail. (It is for internal use only under a local authority licencing agreement).

We can however direct you to our developer website where you can download boundary files for use in Google / GIS software. This can then be used with commercially obtained postcode information to compile your own lists. Please use link below:

The impact of current circumstances on TfL’s resources means we are not able to answer FOI requests readily and we ask that you please do not make a request to us at present.
