I would like to request information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act held by Transport for London concerning Penalty Charge Notices issued resulting from evidence gathered by CCTV cameras mounted on board TfL buses.
To clarify, the information I seek is from any service run by or run on behalf of TfL.
I would like to request the number of PCNs issued by TfL based on evidence from the cameras fitted to buses.
I would like this information from 2018 to date broken down by year and month if possible.
I would also like this information broken down into the offence category.
These could be bus lane infringements, parking offences, box junction offences.
I would also like to know the number of appeals against PCNs issued based on bus mounted cameras and the outcomes.

Thank you for your request received on 26 June 2024 asking for information about penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued from CCTV evidence captured from cameras on board TfL bus services.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do not issue PCNs from bus mounted cameras, therefore we do not hold the information you have requested.
