Hi, is it possible to have the monthly or weekly passenger numbers for Canary Wharf underground station? Ideal time period would be all of 2019, 2020 and up to the latest data you have for 2021. I am doing a geographical enquiry (A Level) and would like to compare how passenger numbers have changed. Thanks

Thank you for your request of 11th August 2021 asking for information about passenger numbers at Canary Wharf station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Is it possible to have the monthly or weekly passenger numbers for Canary Wharf underground station? Ideal time period would be all of 2019, 2020 and up to the latest data you have for 2021.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The attached spreadsheet provides monthly entry and exit data for all stations from April 2018 to January 2021. If you use the filter tool you can filter the data for a specific station (such as Canary Wharf), year and month.
More recent entry and exit data for all London Underground stations can be found on our website via the following link (click the tab “Understood - take me to the reports”; then select the “Demand by Station Type” tab near the bottom right of the page . You can then select “Tube Entry” or “Tube Exit” near the top of the page; set a specific date or date range using the tabs to the top left of the page; and select a specific station from the list on the right of the page). The data ranges from the beginning of January 2020 through to last week, and is updated weekly:
