The majority of traffic enforcement for Oxford Street falls within Westminster City Council’s remit.
However, TfL do enforce the double red lines outside Marble Arch station and the double red lines outside 527-537 Oxford Street. Between 1 January to 31 December 2017 we issued 24 Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles observed stopped when prohibited at these locations.
