You asked

Section 3(4) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 provides for a London Private Hire Vehicle operator licence to be granted subject to “such other conditions as the licensing authority may think fit”. In the interests of transparency, please send me the full list of conditions that apply to Bolt (HOPP OPERATIONS LTD) in relation to its recently renewed Private Hire Vehicle operators’ licence.

Thank you for your request of 28th August 2020 asking for a copy of Bolt’s (HOPP Operations Ltd) Private Hire Vehicle operators licence conditions.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

Section 3(4) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 provides for a London Private Hire Vehicle operator licence to be granted subject to “such other conditions as the licensing authority may think fit”. In the interests of transparency, please send me the full list of conditions that apply to Bolt (HOPP OPERATIONS LTD)  in relation to its recently renewed Private Hire Vehicle operators’ licence.

I can confirm that we hold the information you have requested. Please find a list of the conditions that are attached to Bolt’s private hire operator licence. Please note that these are in addition to the conditions that are attached to every London private hire operator’s licence which can be found on page 9 of the private hire operator licensing guidance notes which can be found on our website here:
