TfL Ref: FOI-0913-2425 and FOI-0914-2425
Thank you for your requests received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20th June 2024 asking for information about the 105 bus route. Your requests have been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked the following:
Case reference FOI-0913-2425
“105 Service Performance and time keeping: May I please request data for each 105 bus that terminated during its service at any point in the route.”
And;
Case reference FOI-0914-2425
“May I please request all 105 services that took place with all times at each stop in the route both ways, between 01/01/2024 and 19/06/2024.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require (albeit to the end of May 2024 only), which is provided in the attached spreadsheets (note that you may need to expand the width of some columns to read the data in full).
For FOI-0913-2425, the data for this is split into individual spreadsheets for each month, which give the date, trip scheduled and arrival times, location (this will indicate where the bus was curtailed) and also the cause code in row M. The lost mileage cause codes are categorised as follows;
TR – Lost due to traffic OD – Other deductible cause ON- Other Non-deductible losses MC - Mechanical ST – Staffing /shortage/absence/sickness/other
For FOI-0914-2425, the data is split into two spreadsheets, direction 1 and direction 2. Each spreadsheet shows the data, trip numbers, scheduled trip start and end times, and the observed times at each bus stop per trip. Where there are gaps/lost mileage there is a comment explaining the cause of the loss.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
